“Yoga and Meditation Teacher From India”
“I was born in the Himalayas, where I was exposed to the authenticity of the yogic way of life. This inspires my practice as a meditator and as a yoga practitioner for many years and connects me with a quest of deep exploration of different traditional methods of yoga to go deeper into the “self”. The methods were based on the ancient texts and the practices of those ancient yogis who discovered them to go deeper into “self” and understand our true nature.
I studied from the oldest institute of yoga in the world, Kaivalyadhama, which focuses on the most authentic and traditional yoga techniques in a modern and scientific way with the help of research. I have also explored the Classical Hatha Yoga as taught at the main Center of Sadguru and nourished my meditation practice with years of Vipassana meditation of Buddhist tradition.
I have also studied the traditional philosophy of yoga, which talks about the nature of consciousness and matter ,What is ultimate reality or truth ? and how to experience it.”

“Psychologist and Yoga Teacher from Colombia”
“My work as a psychologist, therapist, and yoga teacher has been centered on research about the mind-body connection and understanding the relationship between the body, mind, and the place of our spirit in that relationship. What I have found is that the body has a very important place in the healing process and that holistic approaches should be included in order to improve our relationship with life. In this direction, I have been working for 8 years as a therapist in alliance with a recognized pshychologist center in Colombia and for 4 years as a yoga teacher. I am student of Usha Ji, a direct disciple of Iyengar Ji, and I keep researching this question about how to heal the memories of trauma through the body in connection with humanistic approaches in Psychology.”
